Dug through the tapes in the @WTEN basement and found this (very) short clip of Jeff Hafley serving as a defensive asst. at @UAlbanyFootball in 2004. 22 years later, he's the head coach of the @MiamiDolphins. Hafley graduated from Siena before coaching at UAlbany from 2002-2005

Sad that some Dolphins fans are being negative about the new coach. Look, I wanted Stefanski, or Shula or Kubiak. But it's Hafley. Let's give him some time before judging. I want him to succeed. Of course you're entitled to your own opinion. #GoFins

Observation in NFL coac searches, why would you judge a coordinator on just how their unit did in ONE playoff game, good or bad? Judge the body of work, the season. Should it be a factor? Absolutely But it shouldn't be the determining factor on why you hire or don't hire someone.

I'll keep saying this, if not Harbaugh, Stefanski should be #Dolphins top choice.
