Most of us know Rejoin is years away, I don't expect any party to campaign for it now. But Farage and his cohorts didn't achieve Brexit by sitting quietly for 40+ years. We can make a case for EEA+CU now even if it's too soon for political parties. We've got to start somewhere.

@csav55 Can't have both eea & CU as non eu members. Will require PEM, union customs code programme & ics2. Agree with sentiment, have to be accurate on the detail

@iainmcl3 Why not? The EU have always said they'd be happy to offer us more, I'm sure there's a negotiation to be had.

@StephenHuw I've heard others say this, wouldn't put it past them, they don't have a principle between them.

@csav55 Cummings won the referendum using a company called Aggregate IQ with AI software to read and highly target Facebook ads that looked like replies to very specific people, mainly men. They spend ยฃmillions on these ads via outside companies. The referendum could be voided Claire?

@gg_poulloin No, far too late for that and as someone else has said because it was advisory nothing can be done, we've got to go the long way round.

@RobBrewitt Yes that's what I think, an outrider but someone well respected then politicians can get involved.

@csav55 @brewdog1950 Agree and personally think that is not too soon for political parties as the consequences of Brexit are unraveling very rapidly.

@parkcommunicate @brewdog1950 Agree but we need to wait until Leave voters turn against Brexit, it's starting, of course the problem is none of the consequences of Brexit are being reported honestly. We have 13m queues into Dover, not a word from the media.

@OneScouse @limidoh38 Yes it will, don't think I'll still be alive but I will be around when we see sense and negotiate a Norway style deal and hopefully some sort of CU. The EU have always said they were prepared to offer us a unique deal because of our proximity to our fellow Europeans.

@csav55 The Rubicon which has to be crossed is the restoration of FOM with the EU27. It is the lever by which the Faragists conned people into voting for Brexit. Until people understand that we need young migrants or our ecnomy will go into permanent decline we will not change anything.

@ledredman Yup, there is a good case for immigration, we need politicians and others to be honest, Gordon Brown should never apologised for calling a bigot a bigot, we're surely better than Farage.
