Totally the way Wall St works. Get big fees by screwing their clients. There has to be a better solution to the #IPOgame #DutchAuction @FigureMarkets.
so basically. Figma IPO'd at ~$30 as valued by private bankers where you got allo based on fees you pay to the underwriters . ~60% of the sale was for private shareholders. the actual market opens at 95, and goes past 120 meaning. Figma missed out on ~$3B and retail got.

This is after multiple Board members testified under oath in May that the audit would be complete in May, @IonicDigital announced the audit would be released the week of June 23 and reaffirmed that on Monday of this week. No question now: #VoteGold for competence.
