So after 3 months of no check-in, the timer starts, at the end of the 4th month the person inheriting the crypto are granted rights to move the crypto to their wallet OR we could do it automatically? Either way works and then probate for crypto would be complete in 4 months 😇.

They grant a wallet (Person B) access rights to move the crypto. Ideally, we wanted to make a kill-switch of sorts. Where person A HAD to checkin every 3 months. If they did not they had 1 month to checkin or else at the end of that, person B would be auto-sent the inheritance.
