They would often exchange stories about who was the bigger redneck. They were all southern. One of them commented about the hardcoreness of northern rednecks. The ones that fix cars in the cold. He was a smart one. Freezing weather southern boy's only nemesis.

Our maintenance chief couldn't touch his toes. It was embarrassing but I couldn't help watch out of the corner of my eye. He always passed 👍.

Eat a big meal of carbs and protein, wait 2-3 hours before training. Just how I do it. And massive water intake. Not Tom Brady levels but close.

I always feel stupid doing jumping jacks. I think it's from the Navy PT where we had to do them in front of our coworkers before work. Yes and in circles. Oh yea and holding your buddy's ankles while he does sit ups. How was that supposed to boost my esprit de corps 🙄.
