People don't get this. Horikoshi didn't want Ochako in the final push against AFO. There is a narrative decision for it. If he wanted her there, she would just never enter that helicopter. She would just appear at final push and probrably zero gravity Deku for him to punch AFO
now that i think about it, maybe one of the reasons Hori didn't put Tokoyami in the final battle is to make Ochako absence feels less heavy written.

I think people focus a lot on Toga sacrificing to save Ochako but that sacrifice is also a way for her to stay true to the League.

For Toga, surrendering would be a betrayal to the League. Hori can't also make her runaway because it would make Ochako ending feel incomplete (imagine the fandom bullying on Ochako)

So now the final fight is over, what will the MHA AJ team do for their weekly game promotion? Does the story mode even goes beyond the final fight? Or are we going to get clips from TUM mode or Hero's diary depicting the epilogue? Or even...potential future 1-A characters?

This is the proper way to respect a character and their importance in the story, by not weakening their point of view and actions these characters gain the same power as our protagonists. Which is a mistake many many other shonens do a lot.

power and individuality of the character Shigaraki Tomura would be damaged. Shiggy is not someone that needed to be save, he had his ideal and he lived by it. What Deku managed to achieve is just to understand the root, and even after that Shiggy still chose his path.
