Today has been a good day! So proud of #OorFierceGirls of all ages. It was an honour to be invited to speak @DundeeWomensAid 50th anniversary conference today with young women from @Craigie_High @harrisacdundee 💖

50 Years of Women's Aid ⭐️ 2024 marks 50 years since the Women's Aid federation in England was founded, that officially makes this our golden anniversary. While there's been a lot of positive change since 1974, the reality for a lot of women today is far from golden.

I’ve had a lot of proud moments as a teacher, but watching @craigiehighofg speak and engage in the @DundeeWomensAid 50th anniversary conference might be my proudest yet. Strong, kind, empowering, fierce. An asset to @Craigie_High. Well done girls! You smashed it 💪🏼👑💜

Unbelievably proud of @craigiehighofg. Thank you to everyone who supported their bake sale. They raised an amazing £116.53. The money will go towards creating care kits for staff to support our young women and girls. What wonderful role models and an asset to @Craigie_High 💪🏼👑💜
