@Twitter why is a video of a boy in a wheelchair playing drums marked as sensitive material?

Has anyone successfully managed to get a response or contact @Travel_Up at all? My flight was cancelled weeks ago and was supposed to depart last Thu. No call, no email and online form doesn't work. Seeing a lot of people with the same issue on here but anyone had any luck?

As some of you know, my younger son is in a wheelchair. Thanks to @nbbeachwheels we got him on to the beach and down to the water’s edge in North Berwick today. A simple idea but a life-enhancing initiative.

He has a rudimentary kick drum but no hi-hat controller. His tiny size is an issue as well as fitting something to the wheelchair footplate. Wondered if @freedrumrocks could help?

This is 10yr old Ethan. He has severe brittle bone disease but can still rock to @gunsnroses from his wheelchair using his @Roland_UK kit. We need help adapting his kit so he can get even better - please help. Oh and he says he wants your job @FrankFerrer66 \m/ @Slash
