Athletic trainers are way more than ice, water, tape, and “game coverage”. We are healthcare professionals. We help prevent, evaluate, and treat injuries, among many other things. We help improve function and outcomes for our patients. And we deserve to be respected as such.

went for a solo run today, after I saw one of our cross country athletes during her run (while I walked Linc for 3miles) and she said I missed the 14mile day.😂 was I going to do 14? NAH, but I got some miles in 😅Also, that reminder… needed it today, everything in gods hands 🙏🏽
