On my run I stopped to love on Marti. She leaned in about 4 times for a kiss & some scratching. That’s unusual for an exotic but I got her as a baby. She’s what I needed to escape reality & I guess she knew it. We were close & she is still bonded to me. The best therapy animal.

Wonderful day! Started out with granddaughter showing for the first time. Two gsons with soccer games. Oldest played goalie for a bit & stopped the other team from scoring. They won. Ran 3 mi just now. 81° & beautiful☀️I feel so blessed. Happy Saturday!

searching for the closest landing was making me very nervous for them. They discussed a couple then said there’s one 2 miles away. Pilot said I see it! We finally heard someone come on & say they heard he landed safely 😭

When we were flying on Wednesday we heard a pilot who was on his way to college station say he had lost all power but his prop was still working. He needed a close runway because he didn’t think he could make it to his destination. Listening to the interact & remain calm but

It’s too hot for soup but I was making it for someone who doesn’t feel well today. I usually cook a whole chicken but I was in a hurry. Cook Chicken then chop up, keep the broth. Put the broccoli in the broth to cook a little. Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream+spices

Wow! Thank you 🫶for all the BD wishes. I hope to go through & read them all now that I have service & time. Great annual BD trip for us 2 girls. Galveston to eat at Gaidos, beach then on to Port Aransas. Much needed Beach therapy🏖️Didn’t take long to change clothes-beautiful day
