Absolute worst @Delta #skyclub is the Express one in Concourse E at BOS. Complete opposite end of concourse, few food choices, and non-functioning A/C. Honestly, they should not even have it open. #skymileslife

Instead of banning the #airtag , maybe @lufthansa could use this as an opportunity to IMPROVE #customerservice? If I can tell them where my bag is, should make it easier for them to get it back to me. So thankful @Delta pings me with updates about my baggage.
@lufthansa just travelled ATH-MUC-CDG Business Class with 2h30 transit. Somehow you’ve lost my bag in between?! Apparently your team can’t find it (your system is down I’m told)! @Apple AirTag says it’s in Toulouse!! Can I please get my bag back before you send it somewhere else?

I feel like they are headed toward @FlyFrontier levels of service, which is ridiculous. Lounges help, as does early boarding, but for total experience, I am infinitely happier on @Delta than @SouthwestAir
@coskier @SouthwestAir @united @Delta SW keeps me only because I have always been able to use my free upgrades and board first, which does make a world of difference. I just stock up on food/drinks at the Centurion lounge in DEN before leaving, and expect little else on the flight lol

The @SouthwestAir experience is rapidly declining. But special thanks to @united support for reminding me why I never want to fly with you again. @Delta might not have directs from #DEN to #JAX either, but the whole experience is just so much more pleasant... #airtravel
