Thinking a lot about AI lately, like everyone else. If someone searches for info and there's an AI summary, they don't need to click. But if they're searching for an action (a discount code, map directions), they still need to click. So will we see more action-driven content?.

Filing a chargeback for $49 has already taken me half an hour, and they want me to submit documentation, which will take another half an hour at least. So yes, I'll get my money back, but it's going to cost me a billable hour. Everyone loses on both ends of these.
