Quarantine Crystal just dropped a new version. It's a really unique take on Crystal with an entirely new dex and totally remixed versions of Johto and Kanto. I even did some work on it. Check it out.

Sonic 2 on Origins is a disaster. Has been a buggy mess the whole way through. I'm softlocked. All I can do is move the plane up and down. Can't even pause to quit the game. Combined with poor dropdash implementation in 1 and 2 and stuff like no voice clips in CD. Not good...

Another new update has released: v1.2! It fixes a lot more bugs, and unless any huge game-breaking issues are found, this should be the last patch for the 2022 demo! You can grab it from the PokeCommunity thread.

Important Note: The "MyOldBoy" and "VBA-m" emulators seems to be causing issues and crashes, so they're not supported as of now. Try using Retroarch (mGBA core) on mobile and BGB on Windows.

My long awaited tutorial is finally done! It's my first ever video so there are a few mistakes :') but I think I did an ok job!

I try not to be too salty about it, but as someone who is making a Pokemon romhack, it's a really discouraging mindset to see everywhere. No one seems to engage with Pokemon games like any other normal video game. Same deal with levels caps and dex documentation.

The new Mario game looks good, but something about the faces seems a tiny bit off to me. I did a quick edit to try and "fix" it. Left are the real ones, right are my edits.

The new Trainer Card in Coral. It doubles as an ATM Card and lets you deposit and withdraw money from ATMs found in every Pokémon Center. In addition, you can write a custom phrase that will show up under your name, and it also changes color depending on character's color!

I've been playing more and it's starting to click to an extent. I still have quite a few issues with the game design and think certain mechanics don't gel super well together, but I'm starting to warm up to it more. The new update did a lot to make the game feel more fair.
After playing several hours of Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers (srb2kart sequel), I'm a bit disappointed. Gonna give it some more time before writing it off, but I think it's sadly just not for me. Doesn't seem to capture what made the first game so special.
