Panda Express celebrated the opening of its new Coon Rapids location this morning. Panda Express specializes in American Chinese cuisine and has two dozen restaurants in MN. The Coon Rapids location is in the old White Castle building at 3465 124th Ave. in the Riverdale area.

The first "full plow" of the winter season is underway! All City-maintained roads will be cleared curb-to-curb. This takes several hours to complete. Some areas require multiple passes from different trucks before the road is fully cleared. Full update:
