Well done mate. 🙌 I have learned plenty of lessons when it comes to weight loss and relieved plenty of criticism too. I'm still out of shape but still do a lot more than others. Turn up everyday and you'll be where you deserve. All the best 👍
Fuck it I'll prob get stick for this but I'm two stone down since I started the gym and I'm absolutely buzzing I near cried. Still overweight like but I'm doing everything I can and I feel far better for it. Best thing is sleeping, I used to be lucky to get a couple hours a night

Unfortunately, in the earlier hours this morning my granda artur had passed away. Me and all we family's hearts are all broke💔 I was proud to he his grandson.
