Some days we’ve learned a lot and made a lot of progress…then there are days like today when it’s like we’ve learned absolutely nothing.
We all saw Josh Allen seemingly get knocked out, yet they just threw him a smelling salt and right back into the game. As if that was going to undo any head trauma he just suffered. 🤦🏾♂️

VERY IMPORTANT READ: Thank you @espn for trying to help explain and present the public with the imbalance in CTE media/messaging to date. It impacts #sportsneurology patients and there truly is not enough cause-and-effect studies to make these claims. https://t.co/VAPCRxRoV4

When you watch tonight’s game, focus on Michigan QB @jjmccarthy09’s pregame routine & how much it involves mental health practices such as grounding, meditation, & breath work. @SameHere_Global calls these collectively “STARR” stress & trauma active release & rewiring. JJ has

A reminder that players can clear concussion protocol, plan to start, but then experience a setback that re-sets the process.
Michael Pittman Jr. starting having concussion like symptoms today. Will not play tomorrow. Did travel to Atlanta, after independent neurologist cleared him yesterday. But will not play due to concussion. So is back in protocol starting next week

I love this from Florida State! We need more programs to set this example; no matter how big the game or the stakes, the health of a player comes first. Wishing Tate Rodemaker a healthy concussion recovery.

Let’s not call Jaxson Dart a “warrior” for coming back in one play after appearing to lose consciousness on a targeting play.

Dear soccer commentators... Please stop calling players that sustain a head injury, and are clearly concussed, 'brave' for staying on the pitch 😡 Players displaying obvious signs of head injury, should be removed from play. #playerwelfare #brainhealth #concussion
