Creighton is 21-2 in the last 23 games, with Connor Capece hitting .430 and Matt Scherrman slugging six homers and 32 RBI. In that time, CU's starting pitchers are 11-0 with a 2.95 ERA, while the opposing starting pitchers are 1-13 with a 6.92 ERA.

From last night, ICYMI, Creighton sophomore catcher Connor Capece was named Most Outstanding Player of the 2025 Big East Tournament. Capece hit .583/.643/.833 with 5 RBI in the #Jays’ 3 wins. Garrett Langrell, Matt Scherrman, Nolan Sailors, and Tate Gillen were All-Tournament.
