Hello comp bio aficionados! This months meeting is already around the corner! Wednesday April 3rd, 6 PM at the MPIMG (Ihnestr. 63, 14195 Berlin), join us to listen to Shahab Matin from testblu diagnostics talk about bioinformatics in liquid biopsies!.

The holiday season is approaching! So is our next meeting! On Dec. 6th at 6 PM we will meet at the MDC to go to the Christmas market at Gendarmenmarkt together. All are welcome! Entry costs 1€. After this, meetings will be every other month, so look out for February!.

Also, if any of you are young researchers here in Berlin and are interested in presenting, or there is someone you would want to hear a talk from, feel free to contact us! We are always looking for people to share their work.

David's talk is titled "Structural variant calling using third-generation sequencing" and Roman's talk is titled "Integration of multiomics data with graph convolutional networks to identify new cancer genes and their associated molecular mechanisms".
