Participated in the North American QSO party for a little while yesterday. QRP 5 Watts. Interesting to see the difference between the BuddiHEX on 20m and an Endfed on 40M

Here is a map from my BuddiHex testing last night. 5 watts as usual. It is hard to compare strong signals, but it really pulls out those weak signals. What antenna did I compare it to? You'll have to wait for the video.

Contact with Colorado and California POTA stations with 5 watts on the BuddiHEX from PA. I'll be setting up some other antennas to do some comparisons.

Successful POTA of US-0619. Allegheny National Forest. Swarms of mosquitoes. Today was a 3.38 mile hike/jog for POTA, another 4 with family on the Knox and Kane rail trail. It was a great weekend with friends. Hali had so much fun playing with her new friend Shadow.

She is getting bigger. Still skittish, but getting braver. She is seeking affection and getting Smothered with love. I wonder what happened to her before she was recued, but I know I will probably get really angry at someone.
