@NeoSimple007 @IndiaToday U have not understood the issue. it’s not Tax exemption for Army. The Defence personnel pay Tax from day they join Service till the date they retire We seek cancellation of recent govt order for the unfortunate ones who get disabled while serving the country and continue till end

why are the disabled solders whose disability is attributable or aggravated by Mil service and made to continue in service being taxed now when they have been exempted since a few decades. Guess the FM wants to earn an extra buck for Govt by milking the disabled soldiers

The Finance Ministry has aptly simplified the Income Tax policy. Income tax exemption for disabled Soldiers is not explicitly defined in new policy & May be added along with Gallantry awards. Request intervention and have it incorporated please. @rashtrapatibhvn

IT Bill 2025 The Govt has done a wonderful job of framing the draft IT Act. Few clauses have been missed out . Provisions under Sec 297(2) l of presentIT Act needs to be added in new Act under Sec 536. Its absence will lead to infinite queries & confusions.

@maverick_usp @Warrior_Mukul Now MoD is against judiciary. Service Hq have been asked to file writ petitions in courts to get stay on all dis pension cases where judiciary had awarded judgment in favour of defence veterans. Let’s see if Judiciary takes it as a sitting duck or gives a shut up call to MoD.

Perhaps You can help. My-wife superannuated form KRMangalam School Vikaspuri 1 1/2 yr back. Being denied retirement dues. Complaint registered with central grievance cell diary no 21027 dated 11 Jan2023 & 799 dt 13Apr23 . No redressal or response received from anyone

I have a Grievence- KRMangalam world school not paying my wife’s dues (ex PRT)on retirement .she retired in Nov2021. Even putting my grievance on the central grievance cell has not produced any results. Guess the school has manipulated the entire system.

Educational Institutions today have become a booming business industry. They flout all norms and manipulate finances cheating the Govt, Parents , Teachers . The Govt needs to take needful actions urgently as a major chunk of the citizens are affected.

How can a Supreme Court jury give a decision if they r not aware of the facts and figures. Surprised how a member of a bench talked of disability allowance to serving soldiers which does not exist.

It’s great to see our new CJI bringing speed and momentum to the legal processes at our Apex Supreme Court of India. I hope true justice is done with speed with due detailed understanding of the cases by each bench.
