Costs a fortune in new clothes every month though! I’m 5 1/2 Stone down in 6 months, nothing more than cutting out junk food, sugary snacks, fizzy pop and doing lots of cycling and walking, feel so much better for it in every way! Biggest wrench was cutting out cheese!
