Jammu needs to grow up politically. Stop falling for emotional slogans. Start demanding results. Start choosing leaders who put the region first—not their party, not their personal careers. The time for silence is over.

Our demands are not unreasonable:.•Better roads to key tourist spots. •Balanced tourism strategy across UT. •Real job creation & recruitment reform. •Infrastructure to grow tourism industry .Nothing more nothing less.

This isn’t Vikas. This is neglect wrapped in slogans. And the silence of Jammu’s elected leaders is the biggest betrayal of all. We don’t need party slaves. We need regional advocates—leaders who rise above party lines.

We voted. We trusted. And in return, we’ve been sidelined. Jammu is being punished for loyalty while Kashmir is rewarded despite political rejection. How is that fair?.Where is the accountability?.

Jobs? Let’s talk about that too. Unemployment is rising in Jammu. Naib Tehsildar exams still require Urdu—a long-pending demand to fix that remains ignored. Worse?.No major leader from Jammu has raised their voice or led a protest.

This isn’t just a tourism issue—it’s a business crisis. Hotels, shops, drivers, vendors—everyone in Jammu’s tourism belt is hurting. And the government’s response? Speeches and ribbon cuttings. We don’t need inaugurations. We need infrastructure.

The direct train to Srinagar? Great for Kashmir. Disastrous for Jammu. Tourists now bypass us completely—and no one planned a counter-strategy. Where are the road upgrades?.Where is the tourism master plan for Jammu?. No answers. No urgency.

Let’s talk tourism. Jammu is home to breathtaking destinations—Mansar, Pancheri, Patnitop, Basholi, Sudhmahadev, Shivkhori, Reasi. But without proper roads, what are we even offering tourists?. Bad roads = No tourists = Collapsing local economy.

Jammu gave 29 MLAs and 2 MPs. We stood strong, we voted with loyalty. And what did we get?.Speeches, not roads. Promises, not policies. While Kashmir, with 0 BJP MLAs, gets non-stop infrastructure. Is this “One UT” or “Two Treatments”?.
