I've been thinking a lot about this video. Watched it over the weekend while handling performance reviews. Then went out for a walk with my wife.

As your sphere of influence in an organisation grows, it's amazing how much "remembering exactly what people committed to doing in a meeting two weeks ago" becomes a key skill.
