When we stick to the process, short-term impacts can add up to long-term value.

I wish I had read this book earlier. But I feel grateful to myself for reading this book those days. After 12+ years of software development & business automation, I have enough experience to understand it logically and emotionally.

The core of the idea is to have a complex security preferences validation strategy, helpful notification and representation service. That this sounds like a great entry point for the contribution to Shopware πŸ˜πŸš€.

. block users that violate security preference police and similar actions. The admin user process should be consistent with such kind background validations and user-friendly notifications. So I designed a preliminary workflow for the described process:

From my point of view, it would be great to have a more convenient service for user security preferences validation. This service may do next: validate whether the user has 2FA activated, password strength, initiate sending notifications to the store admin . .

Yesterday I thought about the 2FA for the admin area users for the @shopware. From my perspective, having a native 2FA is a great option. But does it sounds like a stand-alone solution? I think not. It is a reliable part of the bunch of actions. ⬇️.

πŸ€” After completing the Wizard's chain of actions, I thought about adding one more step. Setting up 2FA or notification about the weak password for the admin user would be a great addition. I plan to describe this idea in a new tweet.

β˜‘οΈ The final step connects your installation with the Shopware account and, as I understood, connects your project with the Shopware services, so whenever you make adjustments to your plan, for example, this should directly affect your project.

β˜‘οΈ The Extensions tab is a killing feature of the Wizard because it grants access to the recommended region-specific extensions for your shop. That minimises time to start sales activity. πŸ’«

β˜‘οΈ The following 3 steps are clear and straightforward, so I could easily configure all required parts that unlock the sales process by itself.

β˜‘οΈ The second step I consider as one more PTP (people to people) solution. I could set up the demo data in a click without any development interaction. That's what I need as a person who just discovered the platform πŸ‘.

β˜‘οΈ The first thing I saw after logging in was a First Run Wizard. It is an excellent option because the platform interacts with me right after the first attempt, and everything is on one page, so I can configure my store in a few clicks.

User story: As a business owner, I am looking for an e-commerce solution, so I want to compare several products to decide which one is most friendly for sales managers and easy to start, develop, and maintain. So that I will be able to begin my digital transformation.

I continued my step-by-step journey, and as a next step, I met the @shopware admin dashboard. I was impressed after the first login 😍. I consider several things valuable β˜‘οΈand one that can be adjustedπŸ€” from my point of view. Let's start the thread ⬇️.

So, considering all things mentioned above, the PTP is when your product is people-oriented, which allows for building beneficial partnerships. 😍🀝.

Every video in the courses is well organised and explained, creating clear expectations from the product itself. This approach is helpful for engineers and business owners also.

I will explain this idea more in the upcoming tweets, but for now, what to talk about is the Shopware Academy. This was my first time seeing such a structured and people-oriented knowledge portal.

As a first step, I decided to concentrate on the platform ideology and what precisely the Shopware solution provides. And you know, I was thrilled that the first and the main (from my point of view) is the PTP at all levels. PTP - people to people.

I have recently started my systemised journey to the @shopware world. Previously I had been playing with this platform for a while but didn't have enough time for a detailed investigation.
