Refusing to disclose numbers is annoying but even if you find one they all start off with a message saying “we are experiencing very high call volumes” whatever time you ring. Presumably an early bid to get you to give up There are also a few that still say “due to Covid.,.”
Why do so many companies not list a phone number on their website! It's v frustrating when you need to contact the press office. Must be even more frustrating for consumers.
