Paul Pierce speaks the truth. Same thing applies for the AAU circuit. High usage rate guys who score 20ppg are often overrated. Defending and rebounding translates much more often !

◽️Stretch often: In the airport, in the hotel, etc.

It was great seeing Middlebury HC Jeff Brown this weekend. I was JB's assistant from 2011-2013. In those two seasons, we made the Division III Sweet 16 [26-4 overall record] and the Division III Elite 8 [25-4 overall record].

I take the RESPONSIBILITY as the prep coach to HEART. I am the last coach these guys have before the demands of college basketball. The goal is to equip them emotionally and physically. The process is challenging by DESIGN, but in the end, the juice is ALWAYS worth the squeeze.
