Upcoming at @Sadlers_Wells is @NDTdance with @KiddPivot and Complicité. My mother had a stroke a year ago, there’s no way she can: a) travel to London (from Brighton) b) visit Sadler’s c) watch the show d) enjoy the evening e) afford the evening Sadler’s is not priced for us

Absolutely massive and enormous thanks to the wonderful people at @RotundaDome for not only finding my necklace (which I’d assumed had been stashed away by the kittens) but also dropping it off in person at my mother’s. Currently my favourite venue ever.

Update: my mother will never ever tease me again about using tote bags 😎

Question: if you’ve got to take a kitten to a vet, but she’d rather jump in front of speeding traffic than be picked up, how would you manage it? Oh - and our kitty carrying case doesn’t arrive until tomorrow.

I walked to the supermarket earlier, via a large group of teenage boys. I don’t remember how my name came up, but two of them followed me into Scotmid to ask who was Che Guevara. I feel sodding ancient.

Also, how the AF do people use X nowadays? I always used Tweetbot - the timeline seems nuts, won't update and is cluttered up with ads?

I don't know how to make sense of a world in which Trump is the US president again. We have to somehow normalise his crap? And there were only a few people protesting this evening in Edinburgh City Centre.

Also, how the freaking hell do people navigate X without anything resembling a functional timeline? I always used @tweetbot before 😢

How do we live in a world in which Tr*mp is the President of USA? Do we even have any recourses, or bastions of hope?
