About to board @VirginAustralia flt at @Melair though a huge paddock in the rain with no aerobridge. And this is part of the brand new terminal works. Poor message to the rest of the world and sad for @cityofmelbourne

Huge disappointment in @qatarairways so far on my first trip with them. Paid business class but refused entry by @AirNewZealandR6 staff because my @VirginAustralia FF number was on the boarding pass.

Always respected Bill Gates, but sitting on an airplane at the end of my first bus trip in 15 months I disagree. Being f-2-f over the agenda, into the evening with a drink and watching the sun come up with the team would not have got the amazing results had it been via Teams.
