Which non-culprit lesions we should treat in a patient with STEMI? Only unstable lesions(TCFA) or ischemic lesions( FFR/IFR +)?
The available evidence supports complete revascularization in STEMI with no cardiogenic shock, but it remains to be determined how clinicians can identify patients and non-IRA lesions that should be further revascularized, and the optimal timing of staged procedures. #CRT2020
