this is an inherently lonely space to exist in, so when you meet ppl who don't make it feel lonely, you pay attention. Badjur's absence will be felt by creators, listeners, and even those on the fringes of NSFW social media / lurkers. this is painful for many. i wish them peace.

moving forward, i want to move in this space more intentionally and create / maintain better relationships with other VAs & writers so i can be a form of support for others like he was.

i thought Badjur was incredibly intelligent and committed. it was something that inspired me, and something i thought i wasn't matching enough compared to him. i honestly wanted to be like him some day in terms of how i affected the community. he demanded respect. he was cool.

so incredibly fucked up. i really think it's a beautiful and empathetic thing that VA's who were close to him brought this to the public's attention with clear boundaries. that's something that always impressed me about the way he carried himself in this space as a M4F VA (🧵⬇️).
