EPR = Extended Producers Responsibility. That is Producers of these products that we need, e.g. coke, the empty plastic can of coke after drinking the content becomes plastic waste should be retrieved from our environment by @CocaCola who packaged the products with plastic

The Flyover was not part of the original, plan but…there was a heap of waste and we can do something about it, so we did something and cleared of the dump.
