Thanks @united for leaving me stranded in Houston with a 3 year old overnight. Incremental delays and then cancelation. Could have rebooked to another city. Then you can’t even get a crew for the morning flight to OKC and lack any transparency about the situation. Well done.

How hard is it to put an if statement in your auto email code to check if the current day is a holiday and if so maybe not send a request or reminder about a paper review? Or a travel card expense? Or anything for that matter!.
