The NHS app is already saying I’m in #tier4. Tier 4 was invented yesterday. Either the NHS team had specific advanced foresight and released in the update 3 days ago (unlikely), or they had a requirement to set arbitrary future tiers - I.e. it was also known this could happen

UML is awesome. We should all remember that some very smart people invented this stuff years ago, and it’s stuck because it’s awesome. If you are trying to express some software design without using UML, it might be confusing to others (let alone be harder to create!).
