Quality facilities are closing in many states and it is clear that @CMSGov is intent on hastening this phenomenon with it proposed staffing mandate.
Lutheran Retirement Home, a 4-star nursing home in Jamestown, NY, is closing due to stagnant Medicaid rates and a shrinking workforce. Without supportive solutions and investments from lawmakers, this troubling trend will continue.
