Should be at a party/BBQ celebrating my friends 46th bday right now. Instead she passed away early this morning after having a stroke 2 weeks ago. Was due to see her at 12 today so I still went and saw her and held her hand. She looked so peaceful. Tomorrow is never guaranteed 💔

As far as Mondays go, this is a good one! 🙏🏽😁 A huge weight lifted off of my shoulders and maybe I can start to look forward again. I did burst in to tears but was with pure relief. It’s so stressful waiting on results and thinking every ache is bad!

Can’t believe my cancer surgery was a year ago today! 😳🤯 Time is certainly flying by! Finally admitted defeat and am attending my first Cancer support group on Saturday. It’s ok to admit that you are not ok and I’ve been stupid pretending I’m stronger than I am.

This morning my grandad passed away in his sleep at home in his bed. He always said he’d be carried out of the house in a Wooden box! He reached the grand age of 92 and for someone with 1 kidney since the age of 25, he did pretty well! Rest easy grandad😘 🙏🏼

So today I managed not to have a melt down when getting prepped for my CT scan 😂🙌🏽 I’m not even scared of needles! Due to a bad experience, it’s the feeling and the fear of them not being able to get it in 1st time🤷🏼♀️😩 Now the wait to see if the cancer has stayed away 🙈🙏🏽

Finally can be happy with my hair again! Have hated it for months after the last hairdresser screwed it up so needed lots of corrective work! When your self esteem is at an all time low, having your hair back to normal again makes you feel that little bit better 🙏🏼😍

In Oct I found out that I had fertility issues and the same weekend my relationship broke down.Lost the man I loved and then life choices I took for granted were now at risk. So Here I am about to do a round of IVF on my own in the middle of a pandemic. I’m either nuts or stupid!

Please get your moles checked if you notice changes! Having been diagnosed with Stage 1B melanoma this week I can’t highlight this enough! I waited 6 months to get mine looked at, as let life get in the way! Fortunately mines been caught fairly early but it’s been stressful! 🙏🏼😩
