Day 23 of building https://t.co/6uSyGEmURo Been pretty absent from X today because I was heads down on rebuilding my waitlist page into a proper landing page! The goal was to present more information upfront, and own the design instead of using Framer Check it out!

3. TikTok seems to be the new hotness, so I'm going to experiment with video.

2. Revisit my ad campaign. It's gotten ~1,700 impressions, but the assets aren't great. Thinking I can also change the targeting.

1. Revamping my waitlist page. Give it more of a "hook", and surface content so the user doesn't have to click anything.

Day 20 of building the strength training platform for cyclists! ✅ Great progress on training plan creation flow UI! Going to iterate more on the global nav bar, but overall happy with the progress. Also spent some quality time with the pup today - was a beautiful day 🐶

I love mapping out ideas by hand. It really makes me focus on the critical parts. Doing this has helped me slim down my MVP feature set and identify some data model improvements.

Anyone out there that built a native mobile app first, who wishes they built web first? Or vice versa? Wondering what the tradeoffs are other than the obvious less-friction-to-market with web first
