Alongside monitoring the implementation of the July 2024 MoU between CISPE & @Microsoft, ECCO monitors unfair software licensing practices that threaten choice for European #CloudServices customers. 🔴ECCO had “no choice” but to rate @Broadcom’s status as Red (Critical).
