To enhance my organization and task management, I've integrated these objectives into my Notion dashboard, which also tracks my tasks and projects. It's highly refined to collaborate effectively with the entire team, constantly evolving to adapt to our changing needs.

"T" indicates "Timed." We establish a maximum duration for each goal.

"R" signifies "Relevant." Often translated as "Realistic" or "Attainable," it doesn't capture the true essence in English. Relevant means being pertinent—closely tied to our challenges, aligned with our business activities, and contributing to our overall strategy.

"A" denotes "Achievable": goals that are possible to accomplish within the set timeframe.

"S" stands for "Specific." Avoid vague objectives and be precise. Let's be concrete in our ambitions. "M" represents "Measurable." No problem in French, it's the same concept. However, it also implies that goals should be quantifiable.

Are you familiar with the acronym? Certainly, but let me reiterate the original version here. I find the translated version less clear, so here it goes:
