claiming loyalty to any airline especially in Canada is stupid. It’s the equivalent of stanning a grocery store, a mobile carrier or bank in Canada. Treat them like they treat customers, disposable.
Let’s never forget that when Air Canada was shut down, the other airlines didn’t help. They instead price gouged Air Canada’s customers. You could have gained customers for life, instead you price gouged them 4-5X the fare value. @WestJet this is despicable and short sighted.
