@FedEx @FedExHelp Shipper even sent a second unit, did the same thing yesterday too - out for delivery, never showed up. While I know @FedEx and @FedEx help will ask for all the details in a DM, I've tried that already and they don't care -- looking for tips from others who have felt the pain.

Anyone here have tips for dealing with @FedEx @FedExHelp? Ordered something Black Fri, went "out for delivery" numerous times but always ends up "at local FedEx facility" with "will be updated soon". Tried local office, FedEx support, have a ticket open, but SSDD.
