Seems Matt Ritchie’s (latest) #Pompey stint is coming to an end. Not with the rest of the squad at training camp in Slovakia. He wants regular football, & it doesn’t appear like John Mousinho is willing to offer him that. So inevitable conclusion is that he’ll be leaving.

I think most agree that one, striking flaw at #Pompey over many years now is that young talent hasn’t been cultivated in the club’s youth system. Great to see Harry Clout make that next step & hope he can flourish. Ability is nothing without opportunity….
