Closing thoughts. Be interested to study the contact points a RB faces in a year, and how much of it is actually is head on (what most of us train) vs side tackle, getting ankle clipped, being 1-arm tackled, or anything outside the straight path. Love to hear your thoughts!.

Practicing Determination. Stay on your feet any way possible. Donāt look to contact, but look through/past contact. Great runners react and adapt. Practice this by creating 2v1 or 3v1 player-moving scenarios that challenge their thinking. (Defensive drill from @Coach_Mende,.

Practicing Balance. Balance is the body reacting off of counter forces. Train the body to be push, pulled, shirt grabbed, shoulder torqued, etc. They need to feel all of these forces and train their body how to remain upright/protect themselves.

Crypto is the momentum market. Ideally to the long side. The issue is - the momentum effect is very strong, but infrequent. Many don't realize that mean reversion long effect is much more stable in crypto. Let me show you Out of Sample report of Mean Reversion long strategies

Final Thought. Try to be as proactive as possible. So many things are missed when you rush practice plans:. Lazy scripts.Same old boring drills.Coaches going through the motions. If you're someone who always does things last minute, try to exclude practice planning from that.

Text Chains. I'm sure you all have them, but can you segment them into offense/defense?. If you don't want to meet after practice because coaches want to get home to spouse/family, text the night before & plan everything out. Coordinators are best for leading this.

Plan The Next Practice Plan ASAP. After we meet, we'll typically run up to our office, watch a few clips of film, and build out the practice plan for the next day. This way, we don't stress minutes before practice, wondering what drills we will do.

Build In Coaches Meetings. We started to build quick 5-minute meetings into the end of our practices. This allowed every coach to have a voice at the end of practice about what went right and what we needed to fix. This also helps us plan the indy periods for the next day.
