Finally done with takedowns jfc Time to run up perm/landscape lighting Going to use the same workflow and concept for lead gen as an agency would Process 1. Fire landing page 2. Funnel -> opt in, quiz, thank you page with videos building trust before we even speak with them

Out of all the hell that this season has been, the one major spotlight has been our retention rate from 2024 We’re at 93% and could possibly go higher We have installed or have booked with deposits 130 out of 140 installs we did last year 93% retention rate Could not be

We could do 7 figures a year if we could fulfill the lead flow. Next year have to find a way to keep multiple crews because selling jobs is not the issue, it’s employee retention. 100% moving to a pay per install system for our crews. Hourly does not work anymore

Over hiring this year has taken immense pressure off of me. Mapped out the ideal org chart and we’re almost there. 9/13 employees hired 8 installers (includes 2 drivers) 1 shop manager 1 shop specialist 1 virtual sales rep 2 designers/estimators Interviews to fill remaining

A new outreach method we’re trying this year. Going after Frats/Sororities — trying to get 3-5 on the books Each university has a “Greek Life” page on their .edu website — ours has all the frats/sororities linked to their IG. These people LOVE anything they can post on
