Not sure if I'm renting from @NationalPro @nationalcares any longer. From one rental, I was charged $400 for milage (shouldn't have been). Now I'm charged for a bunch of tolls from a state I didn't travel in during the rental period. Customer service cannot help with it. BS.

Oh @TMobile , how I loathe you. You swept away Sprint, and gave us 'free' phones. Then, you shut down the towers that we depended on. Now, we want to leave your horrific service, but we have to pay off our 'free' upgrade phones. You suck, and so does the @FTC that allowed this.

Nope .@TMobile . We've DM'd ourselves to death. My wife has wasted hours. At the end of the day, TMobile is decommissioning Sprint towers in our area, with no idea of when service might improve. Take back our coerced devices at no charge. We want out. No DM is going to happen.
