Where do you stand?

I know what side I stand on. And yet I see some companies make decisions that clearly are not in support of these values. Not in support of artists. Not in support of all of the contributors that came before.

I have the great honor to work with artists at a company that stands behind art, free expression, artists, creative people and diversity in thought.

And other technologies allow artists to be paid when their works are resold and resold and resold.

And some technology even allows people without traditional creative skills to make things that are magnificent.

Technology is a beautiful thing. It has democratized creativity, allowing most anyone to be creative and share their work with the world.

All artists should be fairly compensated for their work. Period.

I have enormous respect for anyone who puts thousands of hours into making art that inspires, takes us to new places, makes us laugh or cry or challenges our views.

Ever since I was a kid, I have loved art, film, tv, games, stories and theater. Anything creative.

We just got ramped.
