Great breakdown that’s worth the watch. Many people subscribe to narratives that try to paint a negative picture of the modern NBA. Often times I believe those perspectives are based on feeling not fact. People think they understand what they’re watching when they actually don’t.
@nostalgicoldheads. You should watch this. A lot of the perceptions about the modern NBA aren’t exactly truthful and are more talking points from old heads (a lot of insecure former players). Watch and learn.

This was actually crazy to watch in real time.
6 years ago today, LeBron went Hercules mode on the greatest team ever assembled. 51-8-8. At times Bron made it look like he could single-handedly beat 4 all-stars. Incredible performance despite the loss.

Now is a good time to post this… the middle of March Madness, end of HS seasons, start of AAU ball. If you can’t do the Top 8, don’t spend all your time developing the bottom 2 on this list. Do the Top 8 have to be boring workouts? Not at all. But the bag work videos I see
