The spiral pattern is fun, though a pure coincidence of time sequence, mass and how the algorithm arranges the black holes. The neutron stars really are starting to get lost now! .#BlackHoleWeek.

This really was a deep dive, ranging from the Kerr solutions for spacetime around black holes to General Relativity. It would be convenient if this theory were true, but I think it's fair to say (as @drbecky_ and the authors agree - spoiler alert!) that the jury's still out!.
Could black holes explain the expansion of the Universe? We take a deep dive into new research that implies they could, and discuss possible challenges to the result. And since this is all about black holes, who better to speak to than @drbecky_
