Posting the layout data for accountability. Any feature creep from now on is legally classified as a bug.

The current pipeline uses Blender (or any software that exports .glb) to design the visuals, with everything hooked up through a simple text file.

It lives! This version probably won't have the same built-in customization options as the original Trailpad, but potentially offers some very sick presentation.

Baby steps, I'm still learning about materials, lighting and post-processing in #threejs, but it'll feel like a whole ass custom arcade controller workbench when we're done. I'd like to play around with glass shaders and swappable buttons next.

I’m not sure it’s my favorite way to play yet, but adjusting to a split layout on the C16-S is going surprisingly well.

1. Right-click the canvas 2. Go to the Presets tab 3. Select 'C16-S' 4. Set the browser size to around 1100 x 550 * Edit the button mapping through the .json ** The programmable and track buttons are assigned to View and Menu buttons for now

Probably a shit take, but does anyone else think the metals in #2XKO could look a lot more...metallic? I get that it’s a clarity tradeoff. Too many little fireflies could turn into visual noise fast.
