Struggle with snacking after dinner?. • Take a walk.• Brush your teeth.• Get to bed earlier. Those few hundred calories you save could be the difference between staying stuck and dropping 3-5 pounds a month.

For years I limited eggs to a few a week, max. Now I eat at least 30. My triglyceride/HDL ratio is below 1. My energy is through the roof and I've never felt better. Eggs and cholesterol aren’t your problem. The inflammation you're so afraid of is being driven by blood sugar

9. Sauna. It triggers heat shock proteins that lower inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-6) and boost anti-inflammatory IL-10. The heat also improves circulation and helps clear inflammatory waste products. You literally flush out inflammation. Here´s how to best use it:

8. Reduce stress. Stress isn´t just mental. It releases cortisol which activates inflammatory pathways and increases cytokine production. It damages your gut too which can lead to "leaky gut" and even more inflammation. Here´s how to reduce it:

6. Sunlight. It directly reduces inflammatory markers through multiple pathways:. - Boosts Vitamin D production.- Lowers cortisol and stress hormones.- Triggers nitric oxide release in blood vessels. Being indoors under artificial light all day is terrible for your health.

3. Improve your gut health. - Cut out processed foods.- Increase your fiber intake.- Eat more fermented foods. Your gut lining is only one cell thick. When it´s damaged, substances from your gut get into your bloodstream and cause inflammation. It´s known as "leaky gut".

Grounding floods your body with free electrons from the Earth. These electrons neutralize free radicals, lower oxidative stress and calm your nervous system. If you have a yard, sit on a chair with your bare feet on the grass while you have your morning coffee.
