QGroundControl + Vector Charts = a kickass free USV mission planner!! Vector Charts is one piece of the ecosystem I'm building to help American companies explore & defend the ocean using millions of robots
Vector Charts isn’t just for integration into new products. You can also drop it directly into tools you already use! For example, here’s how you can add our charts as a background layer in #QGroundControl, for use mission planning with #ardupilot USVs: https://t.co/1VEd3mXUqZ

I’m excited to announce that you can just do things (Rent a shop, buy equipment & start producing critically-needed maritime robotics components)

Beautiful, reliable maritime maps, brought you by Postgres, PostGIS, GDAL, and a hell of a lot of time and domain knowledge.
We just shipped a HUGE style update improving portrayal of navigational aids & lights, transit lanes, landmarks, and 100s of other layers. We're building the world's best nautical chart by thoughtfully combining the maps mariners understand with new tools for the modern web.

Is "tool dealer" even the right term? Spending a lot of time researching "How to evaluate a used machine"

I'd pay a commission for someone who is just really good at vetting and purchasing local machine equipment (mill, lathe, hand tools, etc.) I guess that's just what a tool dealer already is?

"anduril is vaporware" people remarkably silent these days.
Anduril has secured a A$1.7B (US$1.2B) contract to deliver a fleet of Ghost Shark XL-AUVs to the @Australian_Navy. This is our first international Program of Record. Production is already underway.
